Health and Safety's financial impact on Engineering Accidents.

Hypothasis - The Engineering sector is spending to much trying to overcome accidents in the workplace.

Vark Questionaires.

VARK Questionaire.

A VARK questionaire is a tool widely used by Students and Teachers. The questionaire is desighned to give results which reflect the individuals needs and learning style. 
The questionaire is broken down into muliple choice questions where each answer represents a different learning type (Visual, Multimodal, read/write, Kinesthetic) when the answers are totalled up these results give you your best Learning type/ style.

My scores were:

• Visual: 1
• Aural: 5
• Read/Write: 3
• Kinesthetic: 7

Looking at these results they are exactly what i predicted, i have known for a while now that i am a Kinesthetic learner and enjoy practicle examples. I was however surprised to see my second highest learning style to be Aural, this is because i have always considered myself Kinesthetic or Visual learner; needing demenstations, examples, pictures or diagrams to get a good understanding on the subject. 
During school and college I had a tendancy to 'drift off' whilst trying to learn through Aural or Reading and Writing so was surprised to see these with such high outcomes.

4. Over 20 Engineers to ask the advice of at work.
5. Expert support in CAD, material testing, quality control and air movment.
6. Solve problems in a logical way.

WEAKNESSES

1. Shy when it comes to public speaking/ asking for help.
2. A tendancy to 'switch off' if i dont understand somthing.
3. Time Managment.
4. Un-organised.
5. Lose interest for non demanding tasks.

OPPORTUNITIES

1. More career opportunities.
